Stebgo Metals works with clients from all over the country, and everywhere in between. Our Call Tag system allows us to schedule pick-ups through UPS or FedEx almost anywhere on that very same day. Here's how to do it:

Gather your precious metal scrap and fill out the Scrap Job Submission Form.
Package your scrap and completed form into a ship-safe box. Make sure your scrap is securely bagged or contained, to prevent any damage or loss during transit. Tape securely.
Stebgo has shipping containers available if needed. Please call to inquire.
Call Stebgo Metals to schedule a pick-up at your business.
In most cases, our Call Tag service is FREE and is always fully insured.*

*Stebgo Metals shipping insurance is valid once a package is in possession of the UPS or Fed Ex carrier that has been set up through Stebgo Metals, and once the package can be tracked with the verified tracking number.

In accordance with our insurance provider, Stebgo Metals will only cover a package that has been lost in transit, and will not cover insurance for packages that arrive to our facility with what the sender deems an inaccurate weight.

If a package is lost in transit after it was in possession of a carrier, Stebgo Metals will cover insurance for the value of the metal content based on the call tag weights, and will not cover the value of any precious stones.
